With all our effort to make sure your packages get delivered carefully and in a timely manner, there are things beyond our control. Dynamic Smart Delivery will not be held liable for;
- » Goods improperly wrapped and/or packed.
- » Any loss or damage must be noted on the waybill at the time of delivery.
- » Otherwise consignee’s signature will constitute clear receipt.
- » Outstanding C.O.D’s not reported within 15 days.
- » Breakage of goods not clearly marked fragile or glass.
- Delay of any goods, caused by an act of God, strikes, defects or inherent vice in the goods, or act or default of the shipper, owner or authority of law.
- Maximum liability $4.40 per kg. unless declared otherwise.
- Any discrepancy must be reported within 30 days of statement date, or no adjustment can be considered.
- Terms: Payment due on receipt of statement.
- 2% (24% per annum ) service charge will be assessed on balances exceeding 30 days.
